We close orders for our subscriptions in the end of each month and ship out all the subscription boxes usually on the 10th. This way you can receive coffees as fresh as possible!

We ship worldwide exept Saudi Arabia, South America & Africa.

UK Mainland: Free shipping for subscription customers / 1-3 days delivery from dispatch.

EU Countries: Discounted shipping fee applied to subscription customers. No extra tax & duty to pay. Typically 7-10 days delivery from dispatch and the rates to be calculated at checkout.

USA: Discounted shipping fee applied to subscription customers. No extra tax & duty to pay. Typically 7-10 days delivery from dispatch and the rates to be calculated at checkout.

Asia: Discounted shipping fee applied to subscription customers. Express service only available, 2-5 days delivery from dispatch, fully trackable. Tax & duty unpaid.

Rest of the world: Discounted shipping fee applied to subscription customers. Shipping fee calculated at checkout. Please contact us if you have any questions.

When am I receiving the first box?

- We close orders for our subscriptions in the end of the month and ship out all the subscription boxes usually on the 10th. This way you can receive coffees as fresh as possible!

So for example, if you order on April 2nd your subscription starts from May edition which will be shipped on May 10th unless you contact us and let us know you want to receive April edition.

Do I have to pay duty & tax?

- If you're in the UK or EU the answer is NO! You won't get charged for customs fee.

If you are outside of these areas there may be duty & tax according to local customs rules. Please see 'Shipping' tab above for more details.

Do you ship worldwide?

- Yes we do! Except a few countries. Please see more details in the 'Shipping' tab above.

Do I have to commit to a subscription?

- No, there's a one-off box for you to try it out. But remember, you are free to pause, skip & cancel your subscription anytime.
