Stooker Specialty Coffee
Onno van Zanten, one of the main characters of the Dutch specialty coffee scene since 2008 who ran a pop-up café to share his coffee knowledge and his delicious brews, joined with Florian Hessel to create Stooker Specialty Coffee. Almost a decade later Stooker is thriving and continues to pursue its mission of working to make a difference, both in the coffee world and in the local coffee community.

The story of Pelicano Coffee Co. started in Melbourne in Australia where Zephir Thomas and Sol Lee met. Their love for specialty coffee led them to open their own roastery back in their hip seaside resort town of Brighton, and in 2014 Pelicano opened its doors to thelocal community, and it didn’t take long for them to become a big part of theBrighton coffee scene and beyond.
