Morgon Coffee Roasters
Morgon Coffee Roasters was founded in 2018, a relatively young company with the huge coffee experience of the three co-founders Gabriella Runesson, Christian Gullbrandsson and Markus Vestergaard that adds up to almost 40 years of working in coffee. Their roastery is located at the old harbour, a hint at exploring the world through coffee perhaps?
Stooker Specialty Coffee
Onno van Zanten, one of the main characters of the Dutch specialty coffee scene since 2008 who ran a pop-up café to share his coffee knowledge and his delicious brews, joined with Florian Hessel to create Stooker Specialty Coffee. Almost a decade later Stooker is thriving and continues to pursue its mission of working to make a difference, both in the coffee world and in the local coffee community.
Visiting Stooker on a Cruise Ship (2017)
Norð Oslo started as a small deli and restaurant in Bjølsen, a neighbourhood in the central-northern part of Oslo in order to build a place where small producers could get a platform to become more visible, until they became big enough to enter groceries all around town. Today Norð has ten coffee shops and the coffee roastery delivering local people delicious specialty coffee.
Pelicano Coffee Co.
The story of Pelicano Coffee Co. started in Melbourne in Australia where Zephir Thomas and Sol Lee met. Their love for specialty coffee led them to open their own roastery back in their hip seaside resort town of Brighton, and in 2014 Pelicano opened its doors to thelocal community, and it didn’t take long for them to become a big part of theBrighton coffee scene and beyond.
