After the experience at Kaffa Oslo, Sari and Henrik Haavisto from Finland founded Populus and its philosophy stands for the search for true sustainability, achieved through the creation of a coffee supply chain that helps build values for all the people involved along the way…including you!

Based in Hohengœft, a small town in north-eastern France renowned for its wine, is where founder Xavier Nonnenmacher, a home cupper quickly became the finalist at the Cup Tasting in France in 2019 and in the same year was crowned as France Roasting Vice Champion. It was inevitable that he opened his own roastery and sure enough Renart Atelier Torréfaction was born!

When Fortitude Coffee opened its doors as a small cosy independent coffee shop in 2014 they were among the first pioneers of the specialty coffee scene in the Scottish city. After two years of being a multi-roaster coffee shop and sharing their passion with their local customers, founders Helen & Matt decided to roast something that their customers wanted.. And they‘ve been crafting fantastic coffees ever since!
