The Colombia coffee we chose shines in its simplicity, offering rich brown sugar notes and a cozy, full-bodied feel. An easy feeling coffee with sweet honey flavour, a jammy texture and hints of fig and cherry. Expect some very balanced and gently complex brews!

El Tesoro Farm is known for its high-quality, sustainably grown coffees. Located in the village of Los Sauces in the Narino region, the farm is run by Don Jorge, who, together with his family, is passionate about producing high-quality coffee. The farm's workers are helped by the unique climatic and geographical conditions, as the altitude of 1850-1900 meters provides an ideal environment for the coffee beans.

El Tesoro coffee beans are processed with special care. The cherries are hand-harvested, then thoroughly washed, sorted and slowly dried in silos at temperatures below 45°C. This careful process ensures that the coffee retains its natural flavors and aromas, which are later found in the finished coffee.
