Koppi
(Helsingborg, Sweden)
Founders Swedish Barista Champions Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand's coffee careers began while studying at university, and they later moved to Oslo to pursue their passion full-time. In 2009, they opened Koppi in Helsingborg after receiving a call from a restaurant owner who was selling his space. The journey from there would take Koppi to become one of the most renowned specialty coffee roasters in the industry, even helping shape the way direct trade is practised today.
