We don’t get too many white honey Ethiopian here, but also the variety of Gibirinna is unique. It’s delicately sweet and wonderfully refined, with wildflower honey running through every sip. Baked apple adds warmth, while mandarin orange brings a gentle lift and jasmine lends a floral touch!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eABOUT THE COFFEE\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eReshad Ababulgu is a second-generation farmer based in Agaro, Jimma. He took over the farm from his father 20 years ago, and the plot of land has been in his family for 60 years. 13 years ago, he replanted the farm with modern JARC varieties like Gibirinna 74110. Before gaining his own export license in 2022, Reshad has been selling cherry to Duromina. By striking out on his own, Reshad is able to secure high prices for his coffee and market his coffee under his own name.
