Coffee from the Yirgacheffe zone has become popular thanks to its medium to pointed citric acidity, and its well-bodied, balanced cup of mocha with flowery and spicy elements. The farmers that produce this coffee cultivate 0.25 to 1.5 hectares of coffee trees in a garden production system.
Garden coffee is a coffee grown under shade in the vicinity of the farmer’s home and it is inter-planted with false banana and other nitrogen crops. Coffee trees are managed by hand and fertilized with organic matter.
ABOUT The Roaster
The Visit is a specialty coffee roastery in the heart of Kreuzberg, Berlin. We’re inspired by the city’s dynamism and want that to reflect in what we do, from our approach to roasting, to the way we serve each delicious cup.
We aim to create an active relationship between people and specialty coffee, because great coffee is for everyone.
