Brazil is known as the largest coffee producer in the world, which produces nutty and chocolaty aromas due to its topography.
The drying of the coffee beans usually takes place in the coffee cherry, whereby much sweetness passes over to the bean. The farm of Breno Neiva Junqueira benefits from the particularly fertile soils and mild climate of the Mantiqueira de Minas.
The result is an full-bodied coffee that combines aromas typical of its origin with those of exotic fruits.
