- Black Tea
In Ethiopia, the natural adaptation to climate and soil resulted in six to ten thousand different varieties. The term Heirlooms describes this autochthonous variety.
The coffee comes from Israel Degfa’s wet mill in the Boji region – which means “cold weather”. It supports local smallholders with training programmes for better processing and sorting, but above all, through higher wages.
