RECIPE HARIO V60:
grind: EK43 8.75
water: 250g @ 92ºC
filter: HARIO V60 bleached white paper filter size 2
total brew time: 02:30
Set your water at 92C
Rinse your filter with hot water and grind coffee
Add your coffee, tare your scale, start timer and pour 32g of water to bloom
At 30 seconds start pouring with quick clockwise motion which providing radial swipe and constantly immersing top layer into brew volume.
When total water volume of 250 ml is reached, provide the several spins of the brewer till all water is dripped down. You are aiming for a rapid drip, no filter clogging & flat coffee bed after all.
