The Geisha cherries are carefully handpicked and depulped in the small wet mill on the farm before dried on raised beds for an average of 16 days. Pablo Guerrero’s farm El Obraje is one of the most stunning properties in the mountains of the Nariño department in Colombia.

ABOUT The Roaster
Founded 2003 by Yvonne and Ivo Weller they are roasting since 2010 with focus on high quality coffee from source to the final cup. Head Barista Nicole Battefeld won the German Barista Championships 2018 and is one of the most recognized Barista in Germany.
