Certification: The components are certified organic from the manufacturer but the product as it is delivered is not certified organic.
Processing: Hand sorted and then pulped with an Agaarde pulper before the beans are fermented for 24-36 hours. Grading takes place in washing channels before the beans are washed in clean water for 12-24 hours. Sun-dried on raised “African beds” for 10-15 days
