We chose this Rwandan coffee for its flavour profile: high-level sweetness, balanced out with a citrus acid hit and juicy stone-fruits.
Bernard Uwitije recently built a second washing station: Ibisi Mountain Hills. It’s located in the hills of Southern Rwanda, just a short drive from the Nyungwe Forest. Rwandan coffee is getting better by the year, and it just keeps on surprising us! These peaberry beans are intense. The flavours range from sweet stone-fruits, to floral notes, to bright citrus. A killer espresso!
