- Coffee Blossom
Coffee cherries of the varietal Dega and Wolisho are cultivated 1950-2100 masl. close to the town Solomo located in Uraga in the Guji region.
The coffee cherries are all handpicked and delivered to the washing station Dida for processing.
The cherries are depulped and fermented for 24-28 hours before drying on raised beds for 9 days.
