Due to its not typical variety, Guatemala Finca la Soledad was treated with specifically adjusted coffee fermentation. The commitment of the whole team contributed to the perfectly adapted coffee process, which gives us an amazing cup profile. Guatemala Finca la Soledad, is rich in fruity flavors. Lemon meringue pie, orange blossom, ripe peach, and sweet and long milk chocolate finish will make your cup of coffee full of complex flavors.
An interesting thing about this coffee is that it’s a first-generation (F1) hybrid. It’s a cross between rust-resistant T5296 and the Ethiopian variety Rume Sudan. H1 Centroamericano provides a higher overall yield with an excellent cup profile. It is less labor-intensive in everyday maintenance as it is more resistant to leaf rust and sudden weather changes.

Our origins date back to 2009 when Kofeina Art Cafe was founded in Opole. HBCR is directly connected to the owners and employees of this unique place, which in 2016 received the Speciality Coffee Association award as the best Polish Specialty coffee house.
The 10 years of experience in Specialty Coffee industry gave start to the idea of founding Hard Beans Coffee Roasters – a coffee roasting plant specializing in the processing of high quality coffee.
In the future, we are planning to deliver not only coffee-related products but also coffee-based beverages. HBCR is made up of people with passion who share common love. Love for good coffee.
