Fruity and floral with chocolate, berry, cherry and vanilla flavours; sweet with big fruit acidity and a smooth mouthfeel.
This coffee comes from our washing-station partners at Beriti, which is in the kebele, or village, of Tore, in the woreda, or district, of Yirgacheffe, in the Yirgacheffe region. Beriti is one of the many unique, high-altitude micro regions that contributes to the bright, clean, and floral characteristics that distinguish Yirgacheffe coffees. This crop is a fresh harvest from an array of Ethiopian heirloom varieties cultivated by many different farmers from this distinct terroir.
