A complex and exotic tasting coffee, revealing its character in layers. First up, a hit of whole clove spice and ginger snaps tantalises your taste buds and grabs your attention. As the brew then cools, the jammy, cherry liqueur-like fruitiness begins to assert itself, modulating against a background of milk chocolate coated baby figs. A true taste sensation, and available for a short time only.
This was one of 2 standout lots among a number sourced from Huye Mountain by our friends at Falcon Specialty. Best enjoyed through pourover, we recommend a higher than usual dose ground a touch coarser.

We curate a selection of new season’s greens from specialty importers as well as from origin directly, and roast to custom profiles on our Giesen W6 Roaster in London’s Notting Hill.
We are entirely focused on roasting and brewing delicious coffee, and showcasing the people whose hard work and passion brings these coffees from the farm to you.
