Episode 58: Craft House Coffee-Meet the Roaster

In this episode I have a chat with founder/roaster Tom Osborne of Craft House Coffee, a small operation running out of West Sussex. He tells me about his ambition to be able to visit the farms directly and how social media is giving roasters new opportunities to work more closely with the farmers too. (We also discuss two of his coffees which we are featuring at our market stall).
