The Right Roast Episode 37: Trip To Barcelona (Part 2)

Our second day in Barcelona and we visit Slow Mov food shop and cafe. Slow Mov promotes products from the growing Slow Movement philosophy which aims to counteract the poor quality fast-food culture we live in. The coffee they roast is an expansion of Paris’ Coutume coffee (see episode 3)
I also talked about the current coffee scene in Spain with owners Francois and Carmen and the new Spanish aeropress champion Carlos Hyde.
I taste 3 Burundi coffees by Coutume (a washed & natural from Mpanga and one from neighbouring farm Maridadi).
