Process: Washed & Dried on Raised Beds

‘SITIO BOA VISTA’
Origin: Brazil
Region: Caconde
Producers: Gertrudes & Celso dos Santos
Varietal: Yellow Bourbon
Altitude: 1350 metres
Process: Natural, Dried on Raised Beds

‘FINCA LA PAVAS’
Origin: Colombia
Region: Tarqui, Huila
Producer: Carlos Antonio Toles
Varietal: Caturra & Bourbon
Altitude: 1,900 – 2,000 metres
Process: 36hr Dry Ferment & Fully Washed
